The Problem:

What We Found:
- External ground levels were too high and bridging the DPC
- The subfloor had almost no airflow

The Solution:

- Restored airbrick ventilation

- Upgraded bathroom extraction
Result:
Walls dried naturally, mould disappeared, and the injections were proven unnecessary.

- Removed bridging plaster
- Restored subfloor cross ventilation
- Treated and dried the wall naturally
